Refund And Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:
  1. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement
  2. All orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days through our registered domestic courier partner
  3. Delivery timeline will depend upon your geographic location & you shall be updated by our logistical partner for same.
  4. All our products are shipped after a thorough quality check by our QA team.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
  1. We now accept Cash on Delivery (COD), along with prepaid options, to provide greater flexibility to our customers. We still encourage mindful shopping to help reduce unnecessary shipping and environmental impact.
  2. Order cancellation will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hoursof placing the order, because our order processing is super prompt.
  3. The eligible refund will process in 3–4 business days and the amount will be credited in your Peeko’s account wallet for future purchase in 5-6 working days.
  4. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team at +91 9811609093. FYI all our products are QA verified before shipping & your complaint will be validation with our team. Resolution will be provided in accordance.
  5. Approved refund will be credited back to our platform wallet in your account for future purchases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. The eligible Replacement/Exchange is processed in 3-4 business days and the replacement will be delivered within 5-8 business days
  2. We’re unable to accept any returns because we are a small start-up & extremely fair priced. However, if you are unhappy with our product, you may return and keep the credit in Peeko’s account wallet for future purchase.
